Job Objective
To lead the talent acquisition function for corporate and business verticals, ensuring strategic workforce planning, process innovation, and positioning Medanta as an employer of choice.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the talent acquisition strategy across corporate and business verticals aligned with Medantas growth objectives.
- Lead manpower planning and budgeting exercises in collaboration with leadership and CoEs.
- Partner with business heads to forecast future workforce requirements and develop talent pipelines.
- Oversee senior-level hiring, niche skill recruitment, and succession planning support.
- Lead implementation of recruitment technologies, assessment tools, and compensation benchmarking initiatives.
- Develop and execute employer branding strategies to strengthen Medantas talent positioning.
- Mentor and guide recruitment teams for consistent delivery and capability enhancement.
- Present talent insights, analytics, and hiring dashboards to leadership for strategic decisions.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring processes.
- Drive continuous process optimization and adoption of best practices from the healthcare and services industry.
Requirements
- 12-15 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, including leadership roles.
- Strong expertise in workforce planning, leadership hiring, and talent market intelligence.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale hiring operations in multi-location setups.
- Demonstrated success in employer branding and recruitment transformation initiatives.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, influencing, and decision-making skills.
- Experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or other large-scale service industries preferred
