Job Objective
To ensure efficient recruitment of the right talent for corporate functions by driving structured hiring processes and ensuring seamless collaboration with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate functions within defined timelines.
- Work closely with CoE and department heads to execute manpower plans and budgets.
- Create, validate, and update job descriptions and role specifications for all positions.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and ensure timely closure.
- Drive sourcing strategies through portals, referrals, agencies, and direct networking.
- Track and report recruitment KPIs such as TAT, sourcing mix, and process compliance.
- Support salary benchmarking, negotiate offers, and roll out employment terms.
- Maintain and update the candidate database for future hiring needs.
- Implement process improvements in areas such as onboarding, assessment tools, and background verification.
- Stay updated with latest trends in recruitment practices.
Requirements
- 6-10 years of proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably in healthcare or service industries.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and tools.
- Hands-on expertise in sourcing strategies, recruitment analytics, and employer branding.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and deliver in a fast-paced environment
