Job Objective:

- To provide resource acquisition service to meet the company's manpower requirements with the best available talent in a timely and systematic manner through interviewing, testing, selection, and hiring and provide employee relations services to retain good employees.

Job Responsibilities:

- Closely interfaces with all the Nursing Department Managers on organizational manpower planning, manpower phasing & budgeting.

- Develops, implement recruitment polices and plans to meet manpower requirements in the most effective way.

- Monitors manpower requirements and ensure timely manpower supply to the organization

- Works continuously with the all the departments to understand their Manpower requirements.

- Prepares position specific job description for all the categories of employees i.e. Clinical, Administrative, Paramedical & Nursing.

- Participates in all forms of resource acquisition i.e. direct, referal, online recruitment, campus recruitment, through recruitment agencies.

- Engages in recruitment activities in the most efficient manner including but not limited to career fairs, ads, recruitment agencies, university fairs, internal reference and internal recruitment.

- Interviews applicants when necessary and filter based on job requirement needs, person - organization fit, and after passing selection tests / interviews.

- Ensures appropriate offers of employment are made to selected candidates, benchmarks the salaries of existing employees to determine the appropriate package to offer.

- Negotiates employment terms with candidates and ensure effective negotiation is carried out with others at other functions in the company.

- Maintains a complete range of database of Nursing candidates.

- Ensures the company's Recruitment Policy is in place and being adhered to all the time to ensure right people are being recruited for the right position at the right market premium.

- Prepares monthly reports as requested.

- Keeps updated on latest trends and concepts in talent acquisition and retaining employees.

- Takes part in the annual performance appraisal exercise

- Identifies the KRAs/ KPIs & training needs of his of self & subordinates

- Responsible for imparting/ organizing functional training for the subordinates.

- Any other duties assigned by the Vice President- Human Resources
