Responsibilities:
- Lead the negotiation and execution of lease agreements, ensuring favorable terms and conditions. Manage all related legal and contractual documentation.
- Develop and cultivate new relationships with property owners, developers, brokers, and other key stakeholders to expand the company's network and identify potential property opportunities.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of expansion strategies to support the company's growth objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify promising locations and understand market trends.
- Perform due diligence on potential properties,, feasibility studies, and financial analysis.
Qualifications:
- Master's/Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 4-7 years of prior industry-related business development experience, preferably with a focus on property acquisition or leasing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with a variety of stakeholders.
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies.
- Focused, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
