Responsibilities:
Team Leadership and Management:
- Lead and mentor a team of PIMS professionals, ensuring productivity and quality.
- Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and provide guidance to team members.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.
PIMS Operations Management:
- Oversee the management and maintenance of the Provider Information Management System (PIMS).
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry, validation, and updates.
- Monitor and manage workflows to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Identify and resolve operational issues and escalate as needed.
Data Management and Analysis:
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy in the PIMS database.
- Generate and analyze reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Maintain documentation and records related to PIMS operations.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Collaborate with internal departments, external providers, and other stakeholders.
- Address inquiries and resolve issues related to PIMS data and processes.
- Maintain strong relationships with providers and internal teams.
Process Improvement:
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare and present regular reports on PIMS operations and performance.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation.
Requirements:
- Any Graduate.
- 2-3 years of experience in the healthcare/TPA industry.
- 1-2 years of team handling experience (minimum).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the insurance industry.
- Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and standards.
- Experience with PIMS software and related systems.
