Job Summary:

- The Real Estate Sales Director will lead the sales team and be responsible for driving the growth and profitability of the company's real estate sales operations.


- This individual will provide strategic direction, manage key client relationships, and work closely with senior management to ensure the achievement of both short- and long-term sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Leadership:

- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company goals. Lead, motivate, and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed targets.

Market Analysis & Opportunity Identification:

- Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitors to identify new sales opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly.

Client & Business Development:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive repeat business and referrals. Identify new business opportunities and expansion avenues.

Networking & Brand Building:

- Represent the company at industry events to enhance brand presence and foster valuable industry connections.

Performance Tracking & Reporting:

- Use sales metrics and KPIs to track team performance, prepare forecasts, and report to senior management on sales results.

Collaboration & Strategy Adjustment:

- Work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and finance teams to align sales efforts. Use data to continuously improve performance and adjust strategies.

Strategic Planning:

- Partner with senior leadership on long-term growth initiatives and resource allocation to drive company success.

Skills:

- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- In-depth knowledge of real estate markets, trends, and best practices.

- Proficient in CRM software, sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Excellent negotiation, closing, and problem-solving abilities.
