Director - Finance

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end financial management for Maxposure and all group companies, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting.

- Provide clear, concise, and insightful financial updates and recommendations to the CEO, board, and senior leadership.

- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and statutory requirements across entities.

- Develop and implement robust financial policies, controls, and systems to support group-wide financial governance.

- Oversee audit processes, tax filings, and liaise with external auditors and consultants.

- Drive cash flow management, capital allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.

- Collaborate closely with operational heads across all companies to support business growth and profitability.

- Manage and mentor finance teams across group companies, fostering a culture of transparency and continuous improvement.

- Support strategic initiatives including mergers, acquisitions, fundraising, and business expansion.

- Communicate complex financial concepts clearly to non-finance stakeholders, ensuring alignment on financial goals.

Requirements:

- Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, or MBA in Finance.

- Minimum 10 years of progressive finance leadership experience in a multi-company or group environment.

- Proven expertise in Indian accounting standards, taxation, and corporate compliance.

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

- Experience with ERP and financial management software.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred:

- Experience in media, advertising, entertainment, or related sectors.

- Exposure to international finance or multi-jurisdictional operations.
