Role Overview:

As an IT Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies tailored for technology brands. You will drive demand generation, digital campaigns, and content marketing initiatives while working closely with sales, product, and leadership teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and implement multi-touch marketing strategies for tech clients, ensuring alignment with business goals.

- Campaign Management: Plan and execute lead generation, ABM (Account-Based Marketing), telemarketing, email marketing, content syndication, and digital campaigns across multiple channels.

- Content & Messaging: Craft compelling content strategies, thought leadership pieces, and product positioning targeted at enterprise tech buyers.

- Digital & Performance Marketing: Optimize PPC, SEO, LinkedIn Ads, and social media marketing to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

- Event & Webinar Marketing: Drive engagement through industry events, webinars, and product launches, maximizing attendance and lead conversion.

- Sales Enablement: Collaborate with the sales team to create impactful collateral, pitch decks, and case studies to support client acquisition.

- Marketing Automation & Analytics: Utilize HubSpot, Marketo, or similar tools to automate marketing processes and track performance metrics.

What We're Looking For:

- 5-6 years of experience in Technology Marketing (B2B, SaaS, Cloud, Cybersecurity, or IT Services)

- Strong understanding of B2B lead generation, demand generation, and sales funnels

- Hands-on experience in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, and marketing automation tools

- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
