Marktine - Senior Manager - Finance

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Finance Manager to lead our finance department, manage financial planning, reporting, and analysis, and contribute to the company's growth through sound financial management and strategic insights.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the preparation of timely and accurate financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and reports.

- Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

- Develop financial models, conduct variance analysis, and provide actionable insights to support business decisions.

- Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risk to maintain company liquidity.

- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies during audits and compliance processes.

- Drive process improvements in financial operations and reporting systems.

- Support business units with financial planning, cost control, and capital investment decisions.

- Ensure adherence to corporate financial policies, internal controls, and governance.

- Mentor and guide finance team members, fostering professional growth and collaboration.

- Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic initiatives and long-term financial planning.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's /master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CPA/CMA preferred).

- 5+ years of progressive finance experience, preferably in a managerial role.

- Strong knowledge of accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS) and financial regulations.

- Expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

- Proficient with ERP and financial management software (SAP, Oracle, etc.)

- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy
