Job Summary:
- We are looking for a creative, strategic, and data-driven Social Media Manager to oversee our brand's presence across social media platforms.
- You will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to build brand awareness, engage audiences, drive traffic, and support overall marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand objectives and marketing campaigns.
- Manage day-to-day activities across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, and emerging channels (, Threads, TikTok).
- Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content (graphics, videos, reels, stories, posts).
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages, and manage community interactions.
- Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools (e. , Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics).
- Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to produce compelling content that resonates with target audiences.
- Run and optimize paid social media campaigns (optional based on experience).
- Stay current with trends, algorithm updates, platform features, and best practices.
- Coordinate with influencers or brand ambassadors for campaigns (if applicable).
- Manage social media budgets (if applicable) and ensure timely execution of promotions.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
- 5-6 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of each platform's best practices and tools.
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Basic graphic design skills (e. , Canva, Adobe Suite) are a plus.
