About the Role:
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy.
The ideal candidate will enhance our brand presence, engage with our audience, and drive traffic and conversions through various social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.
- Create, curate, and publish engaging and on-brand content (text, images, videos) tailored for each platform.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and foster community engagement.
- Analyze social media metrics and insights to track performance, generate reports, and optimize strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to align campaigns and messaging.
- Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and performance tracking.
- Coordinate with influencers and brand ambassadors for promotional activities.
- Handle crisis communication and maintain the brand's online reputation.
- Ensure brand consistency and compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's /master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience managing social media accounts for brands or organizations.
- Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g, Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
- Good understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.
- Experience with paid social media advertising and campaign management.
- Creative mindset with an eye for design and storytelling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
