About the Role:

- We are seeking a creative and data-driven Social Media Manager to join our dynamic marketing team.

- As our Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy, building our online community, and driving brand awareness and engagement across various social media platforms.

- You will be the voice of our brand online, creating compelling content and interacting with our audience to foster meaningful connections.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy & Planning:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business objectives and target audience needs.

- Conduct social media audits and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and best practices.

- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track social media performance to measure ROI and optimize campaigns.

- Create and manage social media calendars and content schedules.

Content Creation & Curation:

- Create and curate engaging and informative content (text, images, videos, stories) tailored to each social media platform.

- Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all social media channels.

- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to produce high-quality content.

- Stay up-to-date on social media trends, emerging platforms, and content formats.

Community Management & Engagement:

- Build and nurture online communities, fostering meaningful interactions with followers and brand advocates.

- Monitor social media channels for brand mentions, comments, and messages, responding promptly and professionally.

- Engage with influencers and other relevant accounts to expand reach and build relationships.

- Run social media contests, giveaways, and other interactive campaigns to increase engagement.

Social Media Advertising:

- Plan, execute, and manage social media advertising campaigns across various platforms.

- Target specific audience segments with relevant ad content.

- Monitor ad performance and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI.

Analytics & Reporting:

- Track and analyze social media performance using platform analytics tools and other relevant software.

- Generate regular reports on key metrics, providing insights into campaign effectiveness and audience engagement.

- Use data-driven insights to optimize social media strategy and content.

Collaboration & Communication:

- Collaborate effectively with marketing, sales, and other cross-functional teams.

- Communicate social media performance and insights to stakeholders.

- Stay up-to-date on social media trends, best practices, and new technologies.

Qualifications:

Essential:

- 3+ years of experience in social media management roles with a proven track record of success.

- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.

- Excellent content creation and copywriting skills.

- Experience with social media analytics tools (Google Analytics, platform-specific analytics).

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and community management skills.

- Bachelor's /master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
