Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Marketing Manager to lead and drive high-impact marketing programs that elevate our brand, accelerate growth, and support our business objectives.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing cross-channel marketing campaigns, leading teams, and working closely with sales and product leadership to create measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Marketing Leadership:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company goals and market opportunities.
- Identify market trends, customer insights, and competitive positioning to refine marketing approaches.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to set marketing priorities and allocate resources effectively.
Campaign & Program Management:
- Oversee planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns including digital, content, events, PR, and demand generation.
- Ensure campaigns are data-driven, aligned with sales goals, and deliver measurable ROI.
- Lead development of creative assets and messaging to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
Team Management & Development:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of marketing professionals and coordinate with external agencies.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the marketing team.
Sales & Product Alignment:
- Partner closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to develop sales enablement tools, product launches, and go-to-market strategies.
- Drive alignment between marketing initiatives and sales pipeline targets to accelerate revenue growth.
Analytics & Performance Measurement:
- Establish KPIs and regularly analyze marketing performance using analytics platforms and CRM data.
- Use insights to refine strategies, improve customer acquisition, retention, and increase market share.
Budget & Vendor Management:
- Manage marketing budgets, ensure cost-effectiveness, and optimize spend across channels.
- Evaluate and manage relationships with external vendors and agencies.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 4+ years of progressive marketing experience, including leadership roles.
- Proven success in developing and executing complex marketing campaigns and programs.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, marketing automation (e.g, HubSpot, Marketo), CRM tools, and analytics.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Experience in B2B marketing, SaaS, or technology industries preferred
