Job Summary:
- We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns that promote our company and products online.
- You will play a key role in enhancing brand awareness, driving traffic, and generating leads through digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage and optimize online campaigns across multiple channels: SEO, SEM (Google Ads), social media, email marketing, content marketing, and display advertising.
- Oversee the company's social media presence and engagement strategies.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc. ) and generate reports to measure ROI.
- Collaborate with content creators, designers, and other teams to produce engaging digital content.
- Manage the digital marketing budget efficiently to maximize results.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the digital marketing team.
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors when necessary.
- Optimize website and landing pages for SEO and conversion rates.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, HubSpot, or similar.
- Experience with website CMS and marketing automation tools.
