Marktine - Manager - Digital Marketing

Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan.

Role and Responsibilities:

- Lead and develop effective paid search strategies.

- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, advancements, and competitor activities to inform research direction.

- Launch and optimize various PPC campaigns.

- Oversee accounts on search platforms (Google AdWords, Meta, YouTube, etc.

- Build relevant in keyword selection and audience targeting.

- Monitor budget and adjust bids to gain better ROI.

- Produce reports for management (dashboards).

- Develop and implement research strategies aligned with organizational goals and market needs.

- Maintain partnerships with PPC ad platforms and vendors.

- Develop and implement research strategies aligned with organizational goals and market needs.

- Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging the exploration of new methodologies, technologies, and areas of research.

- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, advancements, and competitor activities to inform research direction.

- Develop and manage the research budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.

- Lead, mentor, and develop the research team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

- Conduct regular performance reviews, providing constructive feedback and development opportunities.

Requirements and skills:

- Proven experience as a PPC Manager or Digital Marketing Specialist.

- Team handling experience is a must.

- Have 7+ years relevant exposure in handling SAAS Products PPC Accounts Have.

- 5+ years relevant exposure in building and implementing SEO Audits and practices.

- Experience in data analysis and reporting.

- Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing concepts.

- Familiarity with multiple platforms (AdWords, Facebook, Yahoo) is preferred.

- Working knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics/Tableau/WebTrends etc.

- Proficient in MS Office (particularly Excel).

- Excellent communication skills.
