About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools and ensure accurate forecasting.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's /master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 8+ years of proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
