Marktine - Business Analyst

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions.

The ideal candidate will gather, analyze, and document business requirements, work closely with stakeholders, and support project teams to deliver effective solutions that drive business value.

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage with stakeholders across departments to understand business processes, challenges, and goals.

- Gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements, functional specifications, and use cases.

- Translate business needs into clear and actionable project requirements for technical teams.

- Facilitate communication and collaboration between business users, project managers, and IT teams.

- Conduct gap analysis and identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.

- Support project planning, execution, and testing by providing domain expertise and validating deliverables.

- Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) by developing test cases and coordinating testing activities.

- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings, progress, and recommendations.

- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to recommend innovative solutions.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's /master's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.

- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

- Experience with requirement gathering tools and methodologies (JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, etc.

- Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
