Markovate - Business Analyst - Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning

- We are looking for a dynamic Technical Business Analyst to act as the bridge between business objectives and AI-driven technical solutions.

- This role requires a deep understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data science practices, combined with strong analytical and communication skills.

- The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure business needs are translated into innovative, data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements and identify areas where AI solutions can add value.

- Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications for development teams.

- Conduct feasibility studies and collaborate with AI engineers and data scientists on solution design.

- Document business requirements, user stories, process flows, and data mappings.

- Prioritize AI features and enhancements in collaboration with product management, aligning with business goals.

- Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring clarity, transparency, and alignment.

- Analyze large data sets to support business decisions and performance tracking.

- Conduct gap analyses and process improvement reviews to optimize AI adoption and efficiency.

- Develop test plans, lead UAT, and validate that AI solutions meet both technical and business requirements.

- Stay updated on AI/ML trends, tools, and best practices to drive innovation within the organization.

Skills and Qualifications Required:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or a related field.

- Strong knowledge of AI/ML concepts such as NLP, predictive modeling, and data pipelines.

- Proficiency in SQL, data analytics tools, and at least one programming language (e. , Python, R).

- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, especially their AI/ML toolsets.

- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of translating between technical and non-technical audiences.

- Experience working in Agile environments using tools like Jira and Confluence.
