Marketplace Manager (Ecommerce/quick-commerce)
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for driving revenue on multiple eCommerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart etc and quick commerce platforms like Swiggy, Zomato, Instamarts etc.
- Doing market research, understanding competition & market trends.
- Responsible for leading the team for product cataloguing, A+ content, and search engine optimization to get the best listings.
- Managing relationships with related personnel within the designated marketplaces.
- Working with the operations team to manage shipments/POs to reduce stock-out time
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports and working with management & seniors to forecast future performance.
- Overseeing on marketing platform initiatives and improving Marketplaces Ads ROAS, ACOS, CPC.
- Handling Key Accounts management and Category management.
Qualifications:
- 5 to 8 years of managing e-commerce sales, with a B.Tech/MBA/ other bachelors/master's degree
- Interest and willingness to work with beauty & personal care sector is a strong advantage
- Strong presentation skills and ability to effectively communicate the objectives and needs of the brand to all stakeholders
- Proven ability to develop and nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Proven ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to manage a team of associates to drive marketplace channels
