We are looking for a highly motivated Business Analyst to drive data-driven decision-making and process improvements within our organization. The ideal candidate will analyze business needs, gather and document requirements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that enhance efficiency and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Requirement Gathering & Analysis
- Work closely with stakeholders, clients, and subject matter experts to understand business challenges and objectives.
- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements through interviews, workshops, and stakeholder meetings.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications, use cases, process flows, and user stories.
- Collaborate with IT, development teams, and operations to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business needs.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and business performance to provide actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs using tools like Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or Python.
- Identify inefficiencies, gaps, and opportunities for process optimization.
Project Management & Implementation:
- Assist in project planning, roadmap development, and resource allocation.
- Act as a bridge between technical teams and business users, ensuring clear communication and expectations.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and facilitate smooth implementation of new solutions.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and provide mitigation strategies.
Process Improvement & Strategy Development:
- Conduct business process analysis and workflow improvements to optimize operations.
- Recommend automation, system enhancements, and best practices for increased efficiency.
- Work with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Stakeholder Communication & Documentation:
- Prepare business requirement documents (BRD), functional requirement documents (FRD), and process documentation.
- Present findings, insights, and recommendations to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to ensure smooth adoption of new processes or systems.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or consulting.
- Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Python, or other data analytics tools.
- Project Management: Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools like Jira or Trello.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Process Improvement: Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, BPM, or workflow automation is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in e-commerce, fintech, logistics, healthcare, or IT services.
- Knowledge of ERP, CRM, or business intelligence tools.
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile BA is an advantage.
