- Collaborate with advertising agencies and media partners for campaigns and promotional activities.
- Drive revenue generation through patient acquisition and retention strategies.
- Build and maintain partnerships with corporates, insurance providers, and healthcare agencies.
- Identify and explore new opportunities for business growth and service expansion.
- Develop and track sales targets, and ensure the achievement of revenue goals.
- Act as the face of the hospital for external stakeholders, including the media, patients, and the community.
- Manage and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including doctors, patients, and community leaders.
- Address patient grievances and ensure a positive experience for all visitors.
