Offline Media - AVTV - BARC / YUMI

Shift Timings : Rotational / Night Shift (9:00 PM - 6:00 AM)

Role Overview:
- We are seeking a highly analytical and experienced Offline Media professional to manage our AVTV (Audio-Visual Television) campaigns.
- The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Indian television viewership data from sources like BARC (Broadcast Audience Research Council) and YUMI.
- You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our TV media buys to achieve brand and performance marketing goals.
- This role requires strong negotiation skills, a data-driven approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a global team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive AVTV media strategies based on business objectives and target audience insights.
- Analyze BARC/YUMI data to identify key trends, viewership patterns, and optimal channel/program placements.
- Plan, negotiate, and purchase television media spots and properties.
- Monitor campaign performance in real-time and provide regular reports on key metrics (e. , reach, frequency, GRPs, impressions, cost-per-view).
- Collaborate with creative teams to ensure media plans align with campaign messaging and creative assets.
- Manage budgets effectively and ensure all media buys deliver maximum ROI.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in the television media landscape, including new channels, programming, and data analytics tools.
- Provide strategic recommendations for future campaigns based on performance analysis and market insights.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media vendors and agencies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in media planning and buying for AVTV, specifically in the Indian market.
- Mandatory hands-on experience with BARC and/or YUMI data platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in media planning software and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- MBA in Marketing or a related field is highly preferred
