Marketing Role - Consumer Durables

Key Responsibilities

1. Brand and Marketing Communications Strategy: Maintain a consistent and compelling brand identity across all channels. Build brand awareness and drive user preference within the strategic business categories

- Develop and help execute comprehensive brand and marketing communication strategies aligned with the mission and values.

- Set up effective renewal and retention communication to nurture the customer funnel.

2. Content Curation and Copywriting: Work across all levels and departments of our organization to find what makes our business unique and communicate it to the world. Take full control of copywriting for the website, ads, and marketing assets. Develop a master campaign calendar and collaborate with internal teams and external partners for multimedia content.

3. Social Media Management: Manage and grow presence on Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and expand into alternative sources of brand awareness like Quora.

- Drive social media campaigns to enhance brand awareness and engagement.

4. Renewal and Retention Strategy: Develop and implement effective renewal and retention strategies to nurture and engage customers throughout their lifecycle.

5. Marketing Funnel and Ad Strategies: Set up a robust marketing funnel with tailored strategies for TOF (Top of Funnel), MOF (Middle of Funnel), and BOF (Bottom of Funnel) audiences. Develop and execute targeted ad campaign strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention.

6. Brand Monitoring and Analysis: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitors. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), including CTRs, conversion rates, and social media growth.

7. Collaboration and Communication: Lead a team of Collaborate tightly with cross-functional teams, ensuring cohesion in brand-related initiatives.

Qualifications

- Proven 15+ years experience as a Marketing Manager or in a similar role.

- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and performance metrics.

- Excellent project management, leadership and team management skills.

- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

- Strong analytical and project management skills.

- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing.

- Understanding or Interest in health or wellness is a bonus.
