Marketing Projects Job & Traffic Controller

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Projects & Workflow Manager to oversee and optimize marketing project execution across various teams in a fast-paced FMCG environment. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple marketing initiatives, ensuring seamless collaboration, resource efficiency, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Coordination & Execution:

- Act as the central point of contact for managing and tracking marketing projects across departments, including branding, creative, trade marketing, digital, and production.

- Develop and maintain project timelines, resource plans, and budgets, ensuring all marketing activities align with business objectives.

- Implement and manage an advanced project management system for real-time monitoring of multiple initiatives.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Creative & Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Oversee the assignment and progress of creative projects, ensuring alignment with brand strategies and marketing goals.

- Facilitate clear communication between internal teams, external agencies, and stakeholders to streamline execution.

- Maintain accuracy and consistency in documenting creative briefs and project deliverables.

Strategic Oversight & Problem-Solving:

- Identify potential roadblocks early and implement solutions to prevent project delays.

- Build strong relationships with suppliers, agencies, and partners to support marketing initiatives.

- Ensure smooth execution of new product launches by coordinating efforts across relevant teams.

- Regularly assess project outcomes, recommend improvements, and refine marketing processes to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, or a related field.

Experience:

- Minimum 15 years of experience in marketing project management, and cross functional teams, including expectation setting with key Stakeholders (internal & External).

- Strong organizational and project management capabilities.

- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.

- Proficiency in project management tools.
