We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead our North Region marketing efforts. This is a pivotal role for an individual with a strategic mindset and a proven track record in the luxury consumer brand space. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in driving our ambition to become the number one brand in North India. This position, based in Noida, offers a maximum salary of - 30 LPA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for the North Region to achieve market leadership and brand dominance.
- Team Building: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team for North India, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Brand Building: Drive brand-building initiatives, ensuring a consistent brand message and a strong market presence across the region.
- Business Acumen: Utilize strong business acumen to identify growth opportunities, analyze market trends, and make data-driven decisions that align with our strategic goals.
- Marketing Execution: Oversee the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, with a deep understanding of:
- Digital Marketing: SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.
- ATL & BTL Activities: Above-the-line and below-the-line campaigns, including traditional advertising and direct marketing.
- Vendor Management: Select and manage external agencies and vendors to ensure timely and effective campaign delivery.
- Stakeholder Management: Present marketing strategies, performance metrics, and results to key stakeholders, articulating a clear vision and managing expectations effectively.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience as a Senior Marketing Manager or in a similar leadership role within the luxury consumer brands industry is mandatory.
- Strategic Mindset: A demonstrated ability to think strategically, plan for the long term, and adapt to a dynamic market environment.
- Leadership: Strong team-building and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
- Marketing Expertise: Deep knowledge of the full marketing mix, including brand building, digital marketing, ATL, BTL, and campaign management.
- Business Acumen: A solid understanding of business operations, financial metrics, and market analysis.
- Communication: Exceptional presentation and communication skills to effectively engage and manage internal and external stakeholders.
