The Marketing Manager - Medical Devices will be responsible for driving the brand's market presence, leading product positioning, and developing impactful go-to-market strategies. This individual will work closely with sales, product, regulatory, and clinical teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Marketing & Planning
- Develop and execute annual marketing plans for assigned product lines.
- Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities, competitive landscape, and customer insights. Plan product launches, positioning, and promotional campaigns aligned with business goals.
2. Brand & Product Management
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle marketing, from launch to phase-out.
- Create impactful marketing collaterals, training materials, and digital assets.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
3. Stakeholder Engagement
- Partner with the sales team to support field activities, KOL (Key Opinion Leader) engagement, and clinical education programs.
- Collaborate with R&D and regulatory teams for product registration, approvals, and compliance.
4. Market Development & Awareness
- Organize and participate in medical conferences, workshops, and product demonstrations. Build partnerships with hospitals, clinics, and medical professionals to enhance adoption.
5. Performance Monitoring
- Track and report marketing ROI, sales impact, and competitive intelligence.
- Continuously refine strategies based on performance analytics.
Required Skills & Competencies
1. Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Pharmacy, or related field (MBA/PGDM in Marketing preferred).
2. 6-10 years of marketing experience in the medical devices industry.
3. Strong understanding of healthcare market dynamics, regulatory environment, and sales processes.
4. Proven track record in product launches, brand positioning, and market expansion.
5. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
6. Ability to work in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
