Roles and Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Marketing Manager (Digital & Offline) to lead and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, demand, and engagement.


The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of digital marketing strategies while also being skilled at offline brand activation, B2B events, and strategic partnerships.

Digital Marketing:

- Develop and implement performance-driven digital campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, SEO, email, content marketing).

- Manage website content, landing pages, and analytics to optimize lead generation and SEO rankings.

- Collaborate with design and product teams to create compelling digital assets (videos, infographics, case studies).

- Drive social media strategy and execution across platforms to boost brand visibility and thought leadership.

- Own marketing automation workflows (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp) and lead nurturing.

Offline Marketing:

- Plan and execute offline initiatives such as industry events, trade shows, customer workshops, and roadshows.

- Build strategic alliances with partners, influencers, and industry bodies to extend reach.

- Oversee branding and messaging for physical touchpoints (booths, printed materials, merchandise).

- Coordinate PR efforts and manage relationships with media and publications in the tech/AI space.

Strategic & Cross-functional:

- Work closely with Sales and Product teams to align marketing goals with revenue objectives.

- Analyze campaign performance and deliver actionable insights through regular reports and dashboards.

- Manage budgets and external vendors/agencies where applicable.

Job Requirements:

- 8+ years of marketing experience in B2B tech, preferably in AI, SaaS, or analytics.

- Proven success in planning and executing both digital and offline marketing strategies.

- Strong knowledge of marketing tools like Google Analytics, SEM tools, CRM systems (ZOHO), and automation platforms.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to balance creative thinking with data-driven decision-making.

- Self-starter with strong project management and multitasking abilities.
