This role will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing- plans to attract new patients, retain existing ones, and enhance the overall brand presence of- our Clinics. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and a deep- understanding of the healthcare market.

The ideal candidate will be adept at- managing marketing campaigns, coordinating with various departments, and leveraging both- traditional and digital marketing channels to achieve business objectives.-

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning and Execution:

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive- patient acquisition and retention.

- Create and manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.

Digital Marketing:

- Oversee the creation and management of digital marketing campaigns,- including social media, email marketing, SEO, PPC, and content marketing.-

- Analyze digital marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies as- needed to improve ROI.

BTL Marketing:

- Plan and execute BTL marketing activities such as events, health camps,- seminars, and community outreach programs.

- Develop and distribute marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers,- and posters.-

Brand Management:

- Maintain and enhance our Clinics' brand across all marketing- channels.-

- Ensure consistent messaging and visual identity in all marketing materials.-

Market Research and Analysis:

- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.

- Use insights to inform marketing strategies and improve campaign- effectiveness.

Collaboration and Coordination:

- Work closely with the clinical, administrative, and IT teams to ensure- alignment of marketing initiatives with organizational goals.

- Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners.

Budget Management:

- Forecast and manage a budget for all BTL marketing activities keeping- ROI and footfall conversion in mind

- Measure and track all relevant metrics for ads & social media spend to- within pre-decided budget

Reporting and Analytics:

- Track, measure, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and- initiatives.

- Provide regular updates and recommendations to senior management.
