About the Role:
- We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital and traditional marketing, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to analyze market trends to position our products/services competitively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns to achieve business objectives.
- Lead brand positioning, product launches, and promotional activities across multiple channels (digital, print, events, social media).
- Manage the marketing budget effectively and ensure maximum ROI.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and creative teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Oversee content creation for marketing materials including websites, social media, blogs, newsletters, and advertisements.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools; optimize strategies accordingly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team to foster creativity and high performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging marketing technologies, and best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's /master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in marketing roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
- Proven ability to develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Creative thinker with data-driven decision-making skills.
- Experience managing marketing budgets and vendor relationships
