Job Description: Marketing Manager
About the Job
We're looking for a passionate and data-driven Marketing Manager to join our team in Bangalore.
This is a full-time position working in a fast-paced environment, with a shift time from 3:00 PM to 12:45 AM.
The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background and a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
You will work closely with our in-house teams to support key objectives across retention, nurture, and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management & Reporting:
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, email KPIs, and lead data.
- Provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns and improve conversion rates.
Data Analysis:
- Measure and interrogate data from multiple channels to understand and improve the customer experience.
- Use performance dashboards to provide insights for future campaigns.
Reporting:
- Own the creation and management of campaign dashboards and ensure timely production of monthly and quarterly reports for various business divisions.
Sales Enablement:
- Provide valuable insights and data to the sales teams to support their objectives.
Content & Collateral:
- Update marketing collateral and provide proofreading support.
- Arrange for printed marketing materials and event support.
Web & Content Management:
- Build and manage new web and content pages using our drag-and-drop system (Foleon).
Brand Reputation:
- Monitor and respond to Trustpilot reviews for the Ireland market.
Skills, Experience, and Qualifications
- Education: MBA in Marketing or a related field is required.
- Experience: 4-7 years of professional experience in a marketing role, preferably within the financial services industry.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into data-driven decisions and insights.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with CRM platforms, specifically Salesforce, is a must.
- Marketing Knowledge: A solid understanding of digital marketing strategies and techniques.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Work Ethic: The ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
