Marketing Manager || US Shift || US market


Job Description:


We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to lead marketing efforts that drive growth, enhance brand visibility, and establish the organization as the go-to platform in event technology.

He/she will be responsible for using a combination of marketing channels and tactics, focusing on data-driven decision making, experimentation, and optimisation to achieve product growth.

The role demands a deep understanding of digital marketing principles and the ability to analyse market trends and customer behaviour to identify growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Go-to-Market Strategies: Define a region-specific marketing plan that supports the regional (preferably US Market) and other European markets sales strategy.

- Branding: Leading end-to-end branding and marketing of the product.

- Campaign execution: Optimize and monitor campaign strategies across all marketing channels.

- Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics to optimize conversion rates and ROI.

- Conduct A/B testing to create data-driven strategies for hitting key metrics and engaging all funnels.

- Execute high-converting marketing strategies based on data analytics.

- Lead paid search and social acquisitions, including LinkedIn/Google, etc.

- Use B2B marketing channels like events, conferences, thought leadership, b2b portals.

- Launch or enhance referral marketing programs.

- Drive SEO, digital marketing, social media, design, email marketing, and other marketing teams initiatives.

- Team Management: Experienced in leading a team of a minimum of 3 to 5 members in a marketing team with different expertise


- Digital marketing, content creation/development, social media/ads manager, SEO specialists.

- Advanced analytical abilities: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in B2B marketing, go-to-market strategy, or business development, preferably in SaaS, event technology, or a related industry.

- Expertise in multi-channel marketing, ABM, and campaign execution.

Shift Time: US Shift.
