Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Lead to lead marketing efforts that drive growth, enhance brand visibility, and establish EVA as the go-to platform in event technology.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Go-to-Market Strategies: Define region-specific marketing plan that supports the regional (preferably US Market) and other European market's sales strategy. Conduct market research and analysis to identify target segments, customer personas, and competitive landscape.
2. Branding: Leading end-to-end branding and marketing of the product. Ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels and touchpoints. Develop and execute branding initiatives to enhance brand equity and recognition.
3. Campaign execution: Optimize and monitor campaign strategies across all marketing channels. Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital (SEO, SEM, PPC, email, social media) and traditional channels (events, print, etc.). Create compelling content, including webinars, whitepapers, case studies, blogs, and videos, to support campaigns.
4. Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics to optimize conversion rates and ROI.
5. Conduct A/B testing to create data-driven strategies for hitting key metrics and engaging all funnels
6. Execute high-converting marketing strategies based on data analytics.-
7. Lead paid search and social acquisitions, including LinkedIn/Google, etc.
8. Use B2B marketing channels like events, conferences, thought leadership, b2b portals
9. Launch or enhance referral marketing programs-
10. Drive SEO, digital marketing, social media, design, email marketing, and other marketing teams' initiatives
11. Team Management: Experienced in leading a team of a minimum of 3 to 5 members in a marketing team with different expertise- Digital marketing, content creation/development, social media/ads manager, SEO specialists. Provide guidance and support for productivity and growth.
12. Advanced analytical abilities: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in B2B marketing, go-to-market strategy, or business development, preferably in SaaS, event technology, or a related industry.
- Expertise in multi-channel marketing, ABM, and campaign execution.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with performance measurement tools and platforms.
- Excellent project management and collaboration skills.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to execute tactically and deliver results.
- Familiarity with the event technology space or experience in a startup environment is a plus.
