Join us as we scale across GT, Q-commerce, and D2C channels. As Marketing Lead, you'll own the entire marketing engine-from platform growth and trade marketing to brand storytelling-driving visibility and conversions across both online and offline channels.
Key Responsibilities
1. Channel Ownership & Growth
- Drive sales and visibility across D2C, Q-commerce (Blinkit, Instamart, Zepto), and international e-commerce platforms
- Lead trade marketing, BTL activations, and in-store promotions for GT/MT formats
- Collaborate with Sales and Distribution teams to design demand-generation strategies
2. Brand Building & Storytelling
- Develop differentiated product positioning and seasonal storytelling across platforms
- Align marketing calendars with product launches and seasonal category priorities
- Ensure strong brand presence across packaging, in-store visibility, and digital touchpoints
3. Performance Marketing & ROI
- Run data-driven campaigns with external agencies; track and optimize CPA, ROAS, and CTR
- Build marketing systems to monitor channel-wise ROI and campaign effectiveness
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Team Leadership
- Work closely with Product, Sales, Supply Chain, and Design to execute 360- campaigns
- Manage internal and external teams (agencies, creative partners) to deliver high-impact outcomes
Who You Are
1. 6-10 years in marketing, ideally in D2C, FMCG, or high-growth consumer startups
2. Proven expertise in digital performance marketing + offline trade marketing
3. Familiar with GT/MT retail dynamics and quick commerce ecosystems
4. Strong execution bias, creative thinking, and data-driven decision-making
