Role Description:
- As the Marketing Lead, you will play a strategic role in shaping the marketing vision, growth roadmap, and business outcomes across our digital and retail platforms. You will be responsible for owning the PNL for all marketing initiatives, driving ROI through full-funnel strategies, and building a high-performing marketing team.
- This role demands an entrepreneurial mindset, deep analytical skills, and a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and external partners.
- P&L Ownership: Lead and manage end-to-end marketing budgets, CAC, LTV, and contribution margins.
- Strategy Development: Design and implement 360-marketing strategies across digital, performance, brand, influencer, CRM, and offline retail.
- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and scale a team of channel experts across media, content, performance, and growth.
- Channel Optimization: Oversee performance marketing (Meta, Google, Amazon), SEO, email/SMS, and affiliate to drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Brand & Content: Work closely with the brand and creative teams to define positioning, campaigns, and brand storytelling across platforms.
- Campaign Planning: Lead monthly and quarterly marketing calendar aligned to business goals and product launches.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with founders, supply chain, product, and ecommerce teams to ensure seamless execution and brand alignment
- Reporting & Insights: Drive marketing analytics, dashboards, and reporting for continuous improvement.
