The Marketing Head will be the strategic brand custodian of our client , responsible for shaping the company's image, driving demand generation, and ensuring a strong market position. This is a C-suite track role, leading a multidisciplinary marketing team (Digital, Branding, Creative, PR, Events, and Communication) to deliver high-impact campaigns and measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement an integrated marketing strategy aligned with company vision, sales targets, and growth ambitions.
- Drive brand positioning, thought leadership, and storytelling to strengthen reputation as the leader in plotted developments.
- Participate in company-level strategic planning to influence long-term business direction.
Branding & Communication:
- Ensure a consistent, powerful brand identity across all offline and online touchpoints.
- Oversee branding, content, and creative campaigns including digital, print, outdoor, PR, and events.
- Conceptualize and execute high-visibility events, exhibitions, and launches that enhance brand recall.
Demand Generation & Digital Marketing:
- Lead performance-driven digital campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, influencer marketing, and programmatic advertising.
- Build advanced lead generation funnels in partnership with sales and presales teams.
- Leverage CRM and analytics platforms to drive data-led decision making and optimize ROI.
Customer & Market Insights:
- Analyze consumer behavior, buyer journeys, and personas to design targeted campaigns.
- Track market trends, competitor strategies, and industry dynamics to stay ahead of the curve.
- Explore new market segments and identify growth opportunities.
Budgeting & Team Leadership:
- Own and manage the marketing P&L, annual budgets, and ROI tracking.
- Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing marketing team, defining KPIs and career development plans.
- Create quarterly and annual hiring plans aligned with business scale-up.
Sales Alignment & Growth Support:
- Work closely with Sales, Presales, and Channel Partner teams to ensure campaigns generate measurable revenue impact.
- Drive marketing-sales alignment through integrated campaigns, lead nurturing strategies, and pipeline acceleration initiatives.
Requirements & Skills:
- 15+ years of proven leadership experience in real estate or allied sectors (FMCG, consumer brands, lifestyle, or BFSI preferred for cross-industry expertise).
- Strong track record of running successful 360- marketing campaigns at scale.
- Expertise in digital marketing, brand management, demand generation, and analytics.
- In-depth knowledge of web analytics, Google AdWords, SEO/SEM, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools.
- Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset with strong strategic planning and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a performance-driven culture.
