Job Summary
We are looking for an early-career Marketing Analytics Analyst to support our marketing analytics projects and collaborate with external agencies. The ideal candidate will assist in analyzing media mix modeling (MMM) outputs, preparing clear presentations, and helping translate data findings into actionable business strategies. You will work closely with teams across the company, gaining hands-on experience in project coordination and marketing analytics.
Must-Have Skills & Tools
- 2+ years of experience in marketing analytics, advertising analytics, or a similar field.
- Exposure to collaborating with agencies on analytical or research projects.
- Familiarity with media mix modeling (MMM) concepts or experience working on related projects is a strong plus.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and one or more data visualization/reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
- Basic experience in handling and analysing large datasets using Excel or other software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to draw insights from data.
- Good project coordination and time management skills.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in statistics, mathematics, business, or a related field.
Good to Have
- Experience or internship in FMCG/CPG, insights, or consumer research.
- Exposure to designing or reviewing research methodologies.
- Some knowledge of marketing campaign measurement or campaign optimization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the analysis of marketing mix modeling (MMM) outputs in collaboration with external agency teams.
- Assist in preparing presentation materials and comprehensive reports for internal teams and leadership.
- Contribute to meetings with agencies and internal stakeholders to review findings and recommendations.
- Participate in the quality review of data and outputs from MMM and other analytics projects.
- Help translate complex data into understandable results and simple recommendations for business and marketing teams.
- Stay updated with tools and trends in marketing analytics and contribute ideas for improving practices.
- Coordinate with team members to track and meet project timelines and deliverables.
- Assist in conducting basic analytics on brand and marketing expenses under guidance from senior team members.
