Role Overview:
We are seeking a data-driven and detail-oriented Marketing Analyst to support our marketing team by analyzing market trends, campaign performance, and customer data to help shape effective marketing strategies.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience with data visualization tools, and a passion for turning numbers into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret marketing data from various sources including digital campaigns, social media, CRM, and market research.
- Track and report on key marketing metrics such as customer acquisition cost (CAC), conversion rates, ROI, and campaign effectiveness.
- Develop dashboards and visual reports using tools like Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market segmentation to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize campaigns based on data insights.
- Support forecasting and budgeting by providing data-driven recommendations.
- Monitor customer behavior and preferences to aid product positioning and messaging.
- Assist in A/B testing design and analysis to improve marketing initiatives.
- Prepare presentations and reports for stakeholders to communicate findings clearly.
- Stay updated with industry trends and analytics best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's /master's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
- 4-5 years of experience in marketing analytics or market research.
- Proficiency with analytics and visualization tools such as Google Analytics, Excel (advanced), Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of statistical methods and data analysis techniques.
- Experience with SQL or other data querying languages is a plus.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
