What You'll Do:
- Building month on month sales and marketing planning at channel level for Top of the Funnel, Middle Funnel and Bottom Funnel initiatives.
- Tracking achievement vs targets for all points in the funnel and highlighting / problem solving with relevant stakeholders for daily target achievements.
- Own the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, etc. to drive key business decisions from marketing standpoint.
- Enable effective decision-making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and compiling it into a digestible and actionable format
- Work with the marketing and sales leadership to finalise annual goals for the team and track the same on weekly/monthly/quarterly throughout the year
- Track detailed performance/KPIs and deliver regular data-driven actionable insights to improve results for all customer acquisition channels
- Lead efforts targeted to improve marketing performance reporting
- Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional advertising.
- Managing the business requirements and implementation of reporting.
Ensure all documentation is updated on data files
- Monthly, quarterly pre-sales, sales and marketing performance review, identifying deficit areas and provide insights for performance improvement
- Collaborating with marketing and sales teams to develop deliverables based on analysis and carving new business initiatives and strategies
- Prepare and present periodical comprehensive Business Insights to the Management that provide insightful analysis, identify required action items, and effectively frame decisions to be made
- Track performance and KPIs in detail for marketing teams and marketing-sales funnel; Monitor the progress on all customer acquisition and funnel against pre-defined metrices and benchmarks
- Prepare and present the monthly Marketing MIS to senior management
- Any ad-hoc research, analysis and reports as required by the management.
- Be immersed and intimately familiar with the entire booking funnel including the user experience and conversion drivers starting from acquisition channel to sales
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement data-driven marketing strategies.
- Assist in the development of customer segmentation strategies to enhance targeted marketing efforts.
- Building dynamic predictive data models for lead generation, funnel conversion improvement, lead scoring etc.
- Participate in strategic & tactical planning discussions
- Identify new opportunities to bring new process improvements.
- Automation of manual processes
- Provide recommendations for optimizing marketing spend and improving return on investment (ROI).
- Define the data elements and data structure that teams should leverage to enable analytical capabilities for our marketing and sales teams
- Work with engineering and product development teams to enable the appropriate capture and storage of key data points, wherever missing.
- Design, implement, and support platforms that provide marketing and sales teams adhoc access to large datasets
- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and sales, to create data-driven strategies for customer acquisition and reactivation.
