Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with expertise in the Capital Markets domain to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in capital markets, including trading, investment, and financial instruments, as well as the flexibility to apply their skills across other BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) domains. You will play a crucial role in analyzing business functions, documenting requirements, and supporting the development and implementation of solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Determine objectives by studying business functions, gathering requirements from key stakeholders, and evaluating constraints on solution input and output.

- Prepare Business Requirements Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirements Documents (FRD) to guide project development.

- Write user stories for the development team, ensuring clarity and providing a foundation for building solutions.

- Utilize Agile methodologies to manage projects and facilitate iterative development.

- Create wireframes and collaborate on design and functionality to ensure solutions meet business needs.

- Manage the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to ensure successful project execution from initiation to delivery.

- Handle change requirements and perform GAP analyses to address any discrepancies and adjust project scope as needed.

- Review QA test cases and assist the QA team in performing functional and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure quality deliverables.

- Utilize technology tools such as Azure DevOps, Adobe XD, and Visio for documentation and project management.

- Demonstrate expertise in capital markets, including mutual funds, bonds, equities, derivatives, currencies, and commodities.

- Apply skills flexibly to other BFSI domains or related fields as required.

- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and address any issues or changes.

- Participate in presales activities and provide consultancy and guidance to potential clients.

- Provide excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills to effectively convey findings and recommendations.

Qualifications:

Experience:

- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Capital Markets domain.

- Strong expertise in capital markets, including mutual funds, bonds, equities, derivatives, currencies, and commodities.

- Proven experience in preparing BRD and FRD documents, writing user stories, and managing the SDLC.

- Skilled in Agile methodologies, wireframing, and utilizing technology tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Adobe XD, Visio).

- Experience with mobile trading and web platforms is a plus.

- Flexibility to apply skills across other BFSI domains or related fields as required.

- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.

- Proficiency in handling change requirements and GAP analyses effectively.
