Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Market Research Analyst to gather and interpret data on consumers, competitors, and market conditions. The ideal candidate will transform complex data into actionable insights that inform strategic decisions across product development, marketing, and business planning.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Collection & Analysis:
- Conduct primary and secondary research using surveys, interviews, focus groups, and online analytics
- Analyze consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscape
- Use statistical tools to interpret data sets and identify patterns
Reporting & Insights:
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for internal stakeholders
- Translate research findings into strategic recommendations
- Monitor and forecast market dynamics to support business planning
Survey & Instrument Design:
- Design questionnaires and data collection instruments
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through validation and cleaning processes
Collaboration & Strategy
- Work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to align research with business goals
- Support campaign planning, product launches, and pricing strategies with data-driven insights
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or related field
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Proficiency in Excel, SPSS, R, Python, or other data analysis tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Masters degree or certification in Market Research or Business Analytics
- Experience with CRM and survey platforms (e.g., Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey)
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
