Job Title: Market Planning & Development Manager
Location: Gurgaon
Job Summary:
We are looking for a smart and strategic professional to help us plan where and how to open new restaurants across India. In this role, you will work with different teams, partners, and data to identify growth opportunities, choose the right locations, and help franchisees set up and succeed. Youll also keep an eye on market trends, ensure our stores follow the right processes, and help us grow the brand the right way.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential areas to open new stores using market data and insights.
- Analyze franchise business models and help improve their development plans.
- Support franchise partners in real estate decisions and store development.
- Track store performance and suggest improvements.
- Work with internal teams like Finance, Operations, Legal, and Marketing.
- Coordinate with global teams to bring best practices to India.
- Monitor competitors and market trends to guide smart decisions.
- Ensure all projects follow company policies and processes.
- Handle the full store lifecycle - from opening, upgrading to closing locations when needed.
What Were Looking For:
- 10 -15 Years of experience in QSR, Retail, Real Estate, Strategy Consulting, or FMCG.
- Strong planning, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Good understanding of commercial real estate and store development.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Comfortable working with data, tools, and presentations (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Tech-savvy and up to date with industry trends.
Youll Work With:
- Internal Teams: Marketing, Operations, Finance, Legal, Digital, and more.
- External Partners: Franchisees, Real Estate teams, Agencies, and Global Teams.
