Manufacturing Head - Food Products Job Description: - To lead Company's areas of NPD, Quality, Production & Maintenance - To lead a team of New Product Development personnel to introduce new Liquid Condiments in the market and undertake improvement work on existing product range - To assure consistency in Product Quality through Incoming Ingredients, process control and product recipes while maintaining the confidentiality of recipes - To utilize production capacity optimally while assuring supply to market and the control of associated cost - To assure that GMP & Hygiene are maintained throughout the working area - To advise Maintenance team to optimize the upkeep of existing equipment & machinery - To optimize the use of Utilities like Water, Steam and compressed air - To assess the need for upgrading the existing production assets and addition of new assets - To achieve a dominant position in the market through Innovative & Cost Effective products - Must be a Food Technologist with post graduate qualifications in management - Must have led some food processing company especially Liquid Condiments
