Job Summary:
- We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Business Development Manager to spearhead our efforts in the APAC region.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the APAC market, especially in mental health and wellness technologies.
- Experience with companies such as Naluri, Intellect, and MindFi will be highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategic business development plan for the APAC region, driving growth and market penetration.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams in mental health and wellness technologies.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate clients, healthcare providers, and wellness organizations.
- Conduct market research to understand the needs of the APAC market, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment and successful service implementation.
- Lead negotiations and close high-value deals with clients and partners in the APAC region.
- Monitor and report on the performance of business development efforts, adjusting strategies as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 years of business development experience, preferably in the mental health or wellness technology sector.
- Proven experience in driving growth and expanding market share in the APAC region.
- Experience working with companies such as Naluri, Intellect, MindFi, or similar organizations.
- Strong understanding of the APAC market, cultural nuances, and business environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment to meet business goals.
- Master's degree in business, healthcare, or a related field.
- An MBA or other advanced degree is a plus.
