Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) Senior Manager - Mankind Pharma


Job Description:


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) Senior Manager to drive sales productivity and strategic alignment across our product portfolio.


In this role, you will optimize CRM tools, develop incentive plans, and deliver robust business intelligence and training programs.


You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective territory management, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement in our go-to-market strategies

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Force Effectiveness Strategy:

- Develop and implement data-driven strategies for sales force structure, sizing, and alignment.

- Design segmentation and targeting strategies to maximize HCP engagement.

- Oversee call planning, territory alignment, and optimization of field force productivity.

- Validate and manage customer databases to ensure accurate and effective targeting.

- Enhance sales force productivity through effective strategy implementation.

CRM Management:

- Monitor the execution of product strategies by the sales force, ensuring adherence to marketing directives.

- Serve as the CRM system champion, providing support, training, and coordinating system updates.

Sales Incentive Plan (SIP) Management:

- Develop, implement, and manage incentive plans in collaboration with BU heads, Marketing, Finance, HR, and Compliance teams.

- Innovate SIP structures to align with overall business objectives and ensure timely rollouts.

- Perform accurate and timely incentive calculations in coordination with Finance.

Business Intelligence (BI) Capabilities:

- Utilize tools such as Power BI and Excel to develop dashboards and visualization tools.

- Develop and deploy KPIs that drive actionable insights from internal data sources.

Training and Development:


- Train the field force on SFE practices, CRM modules, new marketing content, customer segments, product science, and quarterly campaigns.

- Coordinate with external vendors to enhance training effectiveness and ensure continuous certification and knowledge updates.

Key Skills and Competencies:

- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and drive continuous improvement.

- Proven leadership and cross-functional team management skills.

- In-depth understanding of effective selling measures and current pharmaceutical industry trends.

Internal and External Contacts:

Internal: Sales organization, marketing leads, business heads.

External: Vendors and industry experts.
