Mankind Pharma - Manager/Senior Manager - Generative AI Initiative

Key Responsibilities:

Lead GenAI/Agentic AI pilots in areas like:

- Automated content generation (medical, marketing, regulatory)

- Summarization and Q&A from large datasets

- Conversational agents for internal knowledge support

- Enhanced business analytics via AI-driven insights

- Collaborate with business, IT, analytics, and external partners (OpenAI, Google Gemini, etc.) to define and execute use cases.

- Integrate GenAI solutions with enterprise systems, ensuring successful PoC evaluation and scaling.

- Support responsible AI practices and ensure alignment with business and compliance requirements.

- Develop KPIs, track performance, and iterate for successful deployment.
