About the Job

Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE), Manipal an Institution of Eminence Deemed to be University invites applications for the position of Digital Marketing Specialist in the Marketing Department. This is a full-time, on-site role based at the MAHE Manipal campus.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

- 4-6 years of proven hands-on experience in digital marketing with a focus on performance marketing

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Bing Ads, AdRoll, and other digital platforms

- Manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI while ensuring efficient utilization of marketing spends

- Drive SEO and organic growth initiatives including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO

- Collaborate with internal teams to promote university events through digital marketing campaigns

- Leverage Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud to design, track, and optimize campaigns

- Conduct detailed data analysis to measure campaign effectiveness and generate actionable insights

- Collaborate cross-functionally with content, design, and technical teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns

- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platforms, and best practices to drive innovation

Required Skills and Competencies

- Proven expertise in managing paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Bing Ads, AdRoll

- Strong knowledge of campaign types, conversion actions, account hierarchies, and tracking setups

- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud for campaign automation and reporting

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns

- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript for technical coordination with developers

- Hands-on experience with SEO tools (SEMRush, Ahrefs, Moz, Google Search Console)

- Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Tag Manager, and reporting dashboards

- Excellent communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills

- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
