Role : Managing Director / India Head - Infrastructure Projects ( Products & Services)

Location : Delhi NCR

Job Description :

The India & South East Asia Managing Director / Business Head will work closely with the Asia Head & Executive Committee of the company . The Individual will be responsible for P&Ls, Cash Conversion, with focus on business continuity plans through the strategic action plan and built this into daily operations to meet both short term and long-term objectives. The Individual will provide leadership and strategic vision to the organization and will bring

operational management, governance, implement general management and administrative procedures to the Company.

Key Deliverables :

- Responsible for Profit & Loss.

- Business procreation and design business continuity plan through a healthy backlog creation.

- Responsible to direct the Company in line with the organizational vision and strategic action plan.

- Prepare budgets, resources, and investment plan.

- Undertake business decisions and manage operations with focus on timely Project execution and profitability, Resource Management, and infrastructure requirement to support operations in the region.

- Consider and update business plans following Economic, Political, Financial, Market trends, Competition and Megatrends.

Support Strategic Partnership/Alliance for:

- Coalition: Alliance of Competitors, Distributors and Suppliers in same industry putting together their capabilities with the view of spanning world markets or to establish common standard.

- Co-Specializations: Alliance of firms that join their respective unique but complementary capabilities.

- Learning Alliances: Alliance to serve as a vehicle for know-how transfer for economies of scale and scope, stronger market penetration and power, stronger local and global competitiveness, new technology capacity, higher speed to market, lesser risk, mitigating organizational complexity

- Focus on Value Creation and managing Company's relationships with customers and potential customers. Goal is to improve business relationship, stay connected with customers, streamline processes, and improve profitability. Manage all stakeholders and create positive impact.

- Support in the Global Fluency, the measure of an organization's ability to secure and hold a competitive advantage in the marketplace.

- Improve operational efficiencies by getting operational audits done to make the Organization's operations more efficient, productive, and effective.

- Regularly review Leadership team on KPIs/MBOs and take corrective actions as and when needed.

- As the Business Head, he/she should be able to build a 360 view of both local and international market to ensure and improve market positioning and thrive the business.

- Ability to navigate complex regulatory environments and technology landscapes, manage more dispersed global teams, and lead the Company through rapid economic and technological changes.

- Complies with applicable Company policies on "Governance", "Quality", "Health & Safety" and "Ethics & Compliance."

Educational Qualification / Work Experience & Skills:

- BE / B.Tech / M.Tech & PG / MBA with 20+ years of relevant experience, having worked with Multinationals. A professional with 360 exposures having international experience working in Specialist Infrastructure Construction Industry may be an advantage - with a combination of Project Execution and Product Sales - mixed management portfolios.

- Experience in specialist materials installation and construction work will help.

- Resilient, adaptable, generative, and proactive. Must be able to function well in high pressure situations.

- Ability to make difficult decisions often in uncertain environment.

- Collaboration and teamwork with Company Heads, Stakeholders, Customers, and System Owners to determine the financial, business, and operational requirements and goals.

- Highly directed and self-motivated individual.

- Ability to manage time effectively and handle both internal and external conflicts amicably.

- Efficient logical reasoning skills

- Sound technical knowledge and should be able to analyse technical issues in a product/project.

- Knowledge about national and international standards and technical environment.
