Managerial Sales Role


- Looking for candidates who have at least 3-5 yrs experience of handling PAN India Sales of Chemicals and who have handled teams.

- Someone with background of handling Specialty Chemicals on PAN India basis is preferable

Responsibilities :

- Meets Sales Targets

- Track competitor sales, distribution, pricing

- Adding new customers and dealers wherever required

- Efficient in handling team

- To grow market share

- Pricing management, Increase net contribution value

- Sales Planning, production planning and inventory management

- Sales Management experience for direct and dealer sales.

- Team management

- Excellent verbal & written communication skills

- Ability to make good presentation will be an advantage

- Pricing & Analytical skills

- Strategic thinking

- Good execution experience

- Go getter / high ownership

- Value Selling

- Customer Relationship & Key Account Management

- Very good team player

Required Skills/Experience :

- People management experience

- Understanding basics of Speciality Chemicals

- Willing to travel

- Production planning/ Inventory management

- Manage Spoken Hindi - Handled national sales

- Handled Sales through dealers and direct (B2C/B2B) .
