
Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze commercial proposals and contracts, integrating them into budget models.
- Monitor headcount forecasts and office utilization rates to anticipate future space requirements.
- Oversee optimal allocation of office spaces, cabins, and seats across business units.
- Partner with Administration, Legal, Finance, Chiefs of Staff, and external consultants to ensure effective space management.
- Drive negotiations with real estate vendors and aggregators to secure favorable terms.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance workspace efficiency.
Qualifications:
- 814 (flexible on experience range) years of experience in project/program management, real estate strategy, or workspace planning.
- Strong background in COO office roles, workspace strategy teams, or real estate consulting (JLL, CBRE, etc.).
- Experience in budget planning, vendor negotiations, and cross-functional stakeholder management.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or Business Process Modelling are a plus.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Preferred Background:
- Exposure to large global firms (5,000+ employees) in workspace strategy (e.g., Amazon, Google).
- Armed forces veterans with relevant project/administrative expertise are encouraged to apply.
