Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

- Operational Execution & Process Management

- Enable the operations team to execute client requirements efficiently.

- Develop project-specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and train the project team on their implementation.

- Ensure extreme attention to detail in following operational processes.

- Monitor standard operations and resolve any deviations to maintain service quality.

- Maintain in-depth knowledge of waste processing equipment and its operation.

- Coordinate and communicate regularly with the team through messages, calls, and meetings.

- Work towards the development of an effective waste management ecosystem.

- Client Engagement & Experience

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high client satisfaction.

- Understand contract requirements and handle all client-related issue calls in coordination with the client team.

- Conduct regular meetings with clients to gather feedback and adjust processes accordingly.

- Organize training sessions, awareness programs, and collection drives to deepen client engagement.

- Ensure client-side training completion and schedule sensitization sessions on responsible waste management.

- Provide monthly qualitative and quantitative reports to clients on their waste management activities.

- Schedule and conduct weekly, monthly, and quarterly review meetings with the client team as per a fixed calendar.

- Raise invoices for services provided by the 10th of every month.

- Monitor and ensure timely renewal of MoUs/agreements upon expiry.

- Business Development & Market Strategy

- Identify potential business expansion opportunities within the waste management sector.

- Track contract statuses, negotiate renewals, and analyze Profit & Loss (P&L) statements, scrap revenue, infrastructure, and scope of work.

- Collaborate with Operations, Business Development, and Accounts teams to maintain customer satisfaction.

- Maintain and manage client-related activity data through the Management Information System (MIS) platform.

- Develop customized proposals based on client needs and align them with market trends.

- Conduct competitor analysis and leverage market intelligence to enhance business strategies.

- Maintain a marketing strategy and assess customer feedback for continuous improvement.

- Generate reports and presentations detailing business development activities and progress.

- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Efficiency in operational execution and adherence to SOPs.

- Client satisfaction levels and retention rates.

- Timely resolution of operational deviations and client issues.

- Accuracy and timeliness of monthly reports and invoices.

- Growth in business expansion and successful contract renewals.

- Effectiveness of training and awareness programs conducted.
